Who cleans up after the Police horses when they do "number two" in the street.? I live in Los Angeles. Today, I was walikng through Skid Row to do some charity work that I do. The officers were on horseback and a horse did "Number Two" in the middle of the street. I am not asking this to be mean, smart a**ed, or anything like that. I am just curious because of all the diseases a person can come in contact with from excrement.
Los Angeles, despite its many other shortcomings, has an excellent fleet of street cleaning machines, manned by underpaid but diligent operators who spend hours scouring your streets.
Horse droppings, or "road apples", are also a favorite treat for the many wandering dogs in your city.
If it’s anything like round here, the street cleaners do. It’s quite innocuous, being purely vegetable matter unlike dog crap. Good for the roses, too! References :
